How do u make a Food Journal? - food journal

Can you tell me the steps and information that they need to make a food diary so that you can begin to lose weight, or you could explain to me one on a page link, like a food diary to? Any help would be very grateful.

The easiest way is to buy a notebook ruled. Do you believe in yourself and eat every time something, you write it. You should be able to devote a page every day. There are more expensive choices there (see link below), but if you're just a simple record of what you eat your laptop is of fundamental importance. The following link is Froogle more formal than newspapers. Track the foods you eat and adjust your eating habits to improve your diet. The most important thing is to know what you are in your body. How do you think that's what works for you.

Get a little notebook. Record what you eat all meals, snacks, etc.

Find on this basis, the caloric values for these. Total per day.

ie, a food diary of everything that you eat, drink, or record. Then count all the calories and grams of fat. You can go a book about the diabetic food exchange, so you know how.
