Rotadent Vs Sonicare Do You Recommend ROTADENT Toothbrush VS. Regular Manual Or Electronic Toothbrushes?

Do you recommend ROTADENT toothbrush VS. regular manual or electronic toothbrushes? - rotadent vs sonicare

Straight from the dentist and had an experience not so pleasant ... I could see what works best brush to the gums and they sold ROTA-DENT electronic toothbrushes .. I wonder if any of you recommend a toothbrush, and what are the pros and cons of them. Thanks =)
